Pixelwhispers Members Area
(Tubes, line art, sigtags, adoptions)
Our terms are pretty standard but please read them anyway before joining Pixelwhispers or purchasing our graphics.

 ♥  No refunds will be given under any circumstances or for any reason.
 ♥ You may not share your login and password with anyone. I monitor the ISP addresses on my members area and will take action.
 ♥ By purchasing a membership you agree to my terms even if you didn't take the time to read them.

TUBES
NO 'AS IS' USE IS ALLOWED
 ♥ Our  tubes can be used for personal and profitable uses except the following.
 ♥♥♥ You MAY NOT offer my tubes on your site for free or for profit.
 ♥♥♥ You MAY NOT recolor them, resize them or optimize them for any reason, nor may you call them your own.
 ♥♥♥ You MAY use them to make sigtags, background sets, stationary, premades etc. only for personal or profit.
       You MUST add to them not just add a name. Use your imagination and make something with them. If in doubt just email Jeannie and ask.
 ♥♥♥ You MAY NOT resize or recolor them for any reason.

LINE ART
NO 'AS IS' USE ALLOWED UNLESS YOU HAVE A TUBE AS IS LICENSE.
No tube license is required to tube my lines.
 ♥ Line art May Not be offered for download on your site as is.
 ♥♥♥♥♥  Line art May be tubed. We do not require a tube or special character license. However, you must make your tubes look different than ours if we tube any of the lines.  You may tube them for your personal use or for profit but not 'AS-IS" without the proper license. Just add some imagination to make it your own. * Line art is not to be used in your member area or anywhere without coloring them. Line art must be colored and then you may make anything you want with the results.

All bases Must be clothed and have hair before placing on your site.
 ♥♥♥ You may not sell tubes you've made from my lines "AS IS".


 Tube As Is License Holders
You must purchase a 'Tube As Is License' to tube my lines and sell them "AS-IS".
Tube As-IS Licenses are very limited and if you try to purchase one and it doesn't go through that means
the limit has been met. This license is required to sell any of my lines that have been tubed by you.

♥ Any member breaking my terms will be removed from my members area and no refund will be given.
 ♥♥♥ A members plaque will be sent with your information once you have joined. You must place it on your site within 48 hours of being accepted as a member. All members must place my membership plaque on their site. (whether a membership page or other) and a link back to http://pixelwhispers.com.  I do not allow text links only. I work hard to make a plaque personalized just for you and expect you will respect my work.
 ♥ MSN and Yahoogroups- I do not accept membership from these groups. My tubes are not to be used in these groups unless you are using them to make your personal sig tags. My tubes are not to be 'shared' with anyone. It is not fair to those who have bought memberships nor is it respectful.
♥  You MAY NOT use my tubes or any other graphic on my site 'as they are' for profit. You must make something with my tubes to be able to profit from them and you may not sell them in 'as is' packs.

I have the right to deny membership to anyone I feel does not meet my requirements. I have the right to remove any member caught breaking my terms.

Public Area (this area has been closed for a year but will open again soon)
Premades, Sigtags, Linkware and any other graphic purchased from me.
 ♥ There are NO refunds under any circumstances.
 ♥ If you buy my graphics, the graphic must be linked or a link must be on the same page it is displayed on.
 ♥ You may not claim any of my graphics as your own or offer them for download on your site.
 ♥ You may not colorize, resize, compress or modify them in any way. They are to be used "as is" other than adding names or text where applicable. If you ask me I will do that for you.
 ♥ You may not use my purchase ware to make ANYTHING else with them either for personal use or for profit.
 ♥ My graphics are not to be used on any site that promotes racism, any abuse such as child, animal or adult, porn and/or any abusive activity.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
I reserve the right to change or modify my terms at any time.
